Stuba Engineering Consultancy Pvt. Ltd (An ISO 9001: 2015 Company) is a structural engineering firm based in Cochin, India. Stuba was built upon a desire to celebrate structure, push the envelope of structural engineering and provide a dynamic workplace where engineers can grow both professionally and creatively. We are structural engineers with constructive ideas & techniques covering all types of buildings from high rise towers to simple dwelling. We have expertise in Alternative technologies in construction industry with wide range of materials like Ferro cement, Clay, Bamboo, Glass, Gypsum & light weight materials .We have expertise in Prefab construction using various combination of materials & Technologies

Abhilash Joy, Director, Stuba Engineering Consultancy Pvt Ltd. graduated in Civil Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University in 1997. He did his post-graduation in Structural Engineering from Bharathiar University in the year 1999. Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India), Chartered Engineer. Fellow Indian Association of Structural Engineers & member The Institution of Structural Engineers(UK).Members of American Society of Civil Engineers & Indian Geotechnical Society Members Association of Structural and Geotechnical Consultants (ASGC) Kerala and Secretary Graduate Association of Civil Engineers (GRACE Kerala). He has been instrumental in fighting for Engineers rights and lead GRACE for Engineers as Engineers Action Group (EAG) at Delhi. He is having twenty years of experience in structural analysis and design of Multi storied buildings, Towers, Industrial Buildings, Residential Buildings, Water Retaining Structures and Reservoirs, Equipment Foundation, Research and Development of Bamboo Structures and Ferro cement technology. Equipped with working experience in alternate materials of construction like Bamboo, Ferro cement, clay, glass, construction experience in building combining various technologies like RCC, steel, deck slabs, Polystyrene panels, infill walls using cement boards, he is well versed with use of shapes like catenary, dome, arch, truss to optimize use of materials.
